Pros
Colleagues are professional and work very well.
Cons
Forced to work graveyard shift despite not being your designated/contracted shift. Forced to RTO despite no reasoning provided by management as to why (was hired full WFH), leading to mass resignations, promotions denied from high-performing individuals, and overall increased resentment across the board. Too many occasions of new management implementing detrimental changes to systems and policies that prioritize making big changes over making good changes.
