      Pros

      Job stability in GBO, colleagues are intelligent and easy to work with, generous 25 days PTO, management encourages new ideas

      Cons

      3 days in-office (with rumors this will increase to 4 days in-office despite employee feedback), Senior Management/HR has recently decreased titles for certain roles and therefore may not pay fairly for the work you're doing (they focus too much on your past experience), salaries not keeping up with inflation

      Pros

      Positive work environment in many groups, teams care about your growth within the company. Sponsors many great non-profits and promotes volunteering. Diversity and inclusion is nicely shown through many different employee resource groups, events, even in management roles. Company has a mentoring program for their employees and opportunities for college students as well to intern and later on work with the company. Great benefits like PTO and work from home flexibility.

      Cons

      Work hour range can be determined by management sometimes even though it’s not company wide and it’s not seen as overtime. Gaining management titles within your same group is tricky at times because many stay a while.

      Culture, commitment, purpose, great co-workers.

      Cons

      Lots of nights and weekends. workload is high. Patience, persistence and ability to express opinions in a non-adversarial manner is essential.
