      A company that allows for transition to other parts of the business, and have real ability to grow within the company

      Cons

      Client Contact Center was very stagant part of the company felt like there was no way to promote from within, and many people in this department often transition to other parts of DTCC

      Pros

      I get to work with smart, intelligent people on interesting projects. The team is well-run, motivated, and our org plans good events to keep us engaged. Very happy to work here.

      Cons

      Sometimes as we head towards deadlines, the team has to work closely together across timezones. This results in longer days at certain times of the year.

      Great Onboarding Pace

      Pros

      I like how slow the onboarding is - this is helpful because I'm a new software engineer freshly graduated from grad school, And a comfortable onboarding pace really helped me to get to know the company, the team, and the work they do without any rush. I think it is important to understand the projects before getting a lot of tasks queued up, I have a lot of time to take recorded lessons through their learning platforms and catch up my engineering skills and this increased my confidence at work. Totally loved that!

      Not anything I can think of - they also have great activities and good food
