      Great people , work can be tiring and repetitive

      Pros

      Great team, mamagers that have grown with the company are great leaders. (May also depend on the team) Niche industry , good amount of challenges and exposures.

      Cons

      In recent years the company has changed drastically , wlb suffered yet the benefit doesnt seem to add up... The culture is very US centric, people in other region do not get much attention or power to influence business decisions. Good place to learn and grow but once you are in a senior position, and you want to drive changes, it could be difficult.

      Great company, Hybrid work. Good Bonus for good performance. Nice people. Great benefits.

      You will work everyday. 3 days in office, 2 remote.
