      Lots of growth opportunities - exposure to complex environments High salaries Diverse team

      Cons

      Leadership is not aligned with one another and people are not promoted on merit (often promotions are because other people left or management likes the person). Leadership is not receptive to feedback HIGHLY political team (lots of gossip and inauthenticity)

      Great culture. People are willing to learn, teach and collaborate.

      Cons

      Average pay. Work is interesting, although not always engaging, as there are significant processes to fulfill on a daily basis (more engaging work might need putting extra hours in, which is the way to grow)
