I recently joined DTCC and I have enjoyed this company. Good compensation and competitive benefits. Friendly people who want you to be sucessful in your role and there is good flexibility.

Pros

Great benefits. Free snacks and drinks. Friendly welcoming staff even outside the department. Very secure building . Very close to the Path train and the mall. Food to purchase on site. Great food options at the mall and nearby for lunch. Welcoming to change and improvements. A lot of great initiatives being started. CEO very friendly. actually takes time to speak with you and makes you feel like a human being. Many CEOS could learn from this. Great to see he cares about every area and supports us all.

Cons

Food could be better some days. Everything else is great!
