Great culture and great people to work with. Work life balance indeed achieved!

Cons

Market study for all employees working at DTCC. In my years employed in DTCC I never had an experience to have an increase because of the market study that the HR cone up to. They kept telling that they already conducted a study and so on, but they never have an action to increase the pay of the employees specially the tenured ones. Inflation never stop and the livelihood of their employees are already affected.

Free drinks and snacks, subsidised meals, good working conditions, good work-life balance, no weekend working, friendly and welcoming, 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays

Cons

Lack of cohesion between departments, can take a long time to get access to the systems you need to do your job
