      Company Strives to Do Better

      Pros

      The company and its people do really meaningful work for the industry. There are strong values and culture to do the right thing. The company provides many resources for employees to grow their careers. In my experience, employees want to work together to accomplish goals (it's not a cutthroat environment). Benefits are seemingly generous.

      Cons

      The culture seems to be frequently shifting, and while it's in a positive direction, it can be hard to keep up with. The workload can feel somewhat overwhelming at times.

      Pros

      Absolutely wonderful company that really feels like a family. Lots of oppertunities to grow and learn about the financial industry.

      Cons

      The Business Professional Networks (BPN) are segregated and promote diversity in a negative way. I believe they started with good intentions but have steered far away from their purposes.
