You are recognized as an individual and supported to succeed in your role. Workload is reasonable, but challenging enough to ensure you learn and grow. Internal Audit is respected as providing value within the company, at least in the areas I audit.

Cons

I wish I would get promoted faster, but I think that would be the same everywhere.

Great benefits. Free snacks and drinks. Friendly welcoming staff even outside the department. Very secure building . Very close to the Path train and the mall. Food to purchase on site. Great food options at the mall and nearby for lunch. Welcoming to change and improvements. A lot of great initiatives being started. CEO very friendly. actually takes time to speak with you and makes you feel like a human being. Many CEOS could learn from this. Great to see he cares about every area and supports us all.

Cons

Food could be better some days. Everything else is great!

They provide somewhat a "job" for the local community

Cons

1. They team up with local small break away BPO employees who registered with a business name but have poor labor practices. 2. How can they not understand a plea for medical emergency while under the first few days of being hired. 3. I was not paid for the few days of being on night shift just to deal with their slow and poor performing remote desktop.
