      Pros

      Really good self development opportunities. Lots of flexibility with your job role. Hybrid working. Empowering managers who are very transparent and who are genuinely interested in your professional growth. Very easy to move between the different roles and thus get experience in different commercial areas. Lots of great health benefits such as BUPA for healthcare, UNUM for dental care and free gym memberships. In addition, it offers a good pension that DTCC will match whatever your contribution is.

      Cons

      Base salary could be higher but if you work hard and contribute a lot to the companies success, you can get a good bonus which makes up for this.

      Great Culture Turning Bad Because of New CEO

      Used to be pro employees

      Cons

      Forcing employees to work 3x a week in the office with a threat of termination. Prior pandemic onsite office work is voluntary but here comes new CEO after pandemic forcing people to go onsite. Threatening employees with termination just because you work remotely even if you are productive. New CEO does not listen to the voices of the people.

      You will learn lots of things if you are willing to. Be prepared for learning by your self.

      Cons

      No job security. People just come and go without knowable reasons.
