      Pros

      Diverse work place for people.

      Cons

      No incentive for groups to work together. There are a lot of competing projects for limited resources. Most EDs and MDs only care about their own domain. Also a complete lack of reality on how difficult it is to implement anything within the company. More important to declare victory than to actually implement anything. There has been a talent drain that was beginning to impact the company.
