Pros

Decent pay and benefits, occasional opportunities to learn new technologies, mostly genuine people.

Cons

Most important thing these days seems to be how often you come into the office, regardless of what you may actually do in the office. New CEO doesn't seem genuine, still want to withhold judgment but so far it seems like a global Instagram tour and generic business textbook jargon. Not enough focus on business opportunities or self contribution, too much focus on control groups telling each other what to do.

Zero work life balance, it’s called as follow the sun model , but you have to work more than 9 hours , still ppl will call or ping to join meetings . No consideration of what ground level employee thinks. You will be put up into different teams even though you are well recognised. Not much career growth Zero transparency on management side .
