We are a little slow to change and pivot as an organization, but I feel like that's not always a negative thing. I have heard that compensation could be higher, but I feel like we are in a competitive range.

Management have been scrambling to come up with words that resemble a decent explanation as to why they're forcing a 3-day onsite mandate. I will choose the safety of my home to work from over any new cafe or freshly renovated pantries any day. The management seem to have mistaken collaboration and informal mentorship with office nonsense chitchat. I hope you stop claiming that you listen to us when clearly you don't, enough of your corporate talk convincing us that this is better, we are going backwards and that's that.
