Team members and immediate supervisors want to see you thrive and succeed; there are a lot of opportunities to ask for assistance if you need it. Everyone here is quite driven and wants to achieve the best work they can with the work time allotted to them. Work tasks are reasonably varied and challenging, they will push you out of your comfort zone and help you grow. The food provided in the in-office cafeteria is incredible. The hybrid work model is quite good. (These observations are taken from less than a month's experience of working at DTCC and may be subject to change in the future.)

Cons

Onboarding process takes a long time and is pretty complicated. Had several severe technical issues with getting the work laptop set up (although Help Desk is very available and will do what they can to help).
