The culture at DTCC is incredibly welcoming. It's the kind of place where people genuinely enjoy connecting. Everyone goes out of their way to say hi in the halls, and you never have to ask twice for a hand with a project. It's a great feeling to work somewhere so consistently friendly and supportive.

Cons

Although significant firmwide modernization efforts, which is surely a step in the right direction, there's still a noticeable gap between these efforts and the actual adoption of a modern mindset. While the intent to update systems is clear, it feels as if the organization has not yet fully embraced the agility and innovative thinking required for a truly modern tech environment.
