      Pros

      Salary and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Over the last few years, the culture has continued to decline. CEO leads with fear which has trickled down to every other level of leadership. HR closely tracks adherence to required 3 office days. Although they claim flexibility when needed, many questions are asked when you need flexibility. Yet working weekend after weekend to meet company needs isn’t even acknowledged. It’s become the norm.

      Pros

      No pros, literally. Whatever was good is long time gone.

      Cons

      Management of the company is mostly a mess. Toxic, prefer to be deaf and blind to multitude issues inside the company. Work/life balance getting worse every year, level of stress raising, salaries are at pre-COVID level. Talented people leaving this place, cheap and unqualified contractors from poor countries replacing them. There is absolutely no vision, every department just trying hard to look busy to satisfy their superiors, does not matter what are they doing and how is it beneficial for the company. Infinite reports and speeches are the only things looks great all the time.

      good work life balance above average salary

      Cons

      Frank Salla has been shipping jobs out of USA to India and Philippines for cost cutting - lots of layoffs. Very conservative company - just too much processed and red tape Very difficult to get visibility - managers take the credit of work done by team
