Great culture and great people to work with. Work life balance indeed achieved!

Cons

Market study for all employees working at DTCC. In my years employed in DTCC I never had an experience to have an increase because of the market study that the HR cone up to. They kept telling that they already conducted a study and so on, but they never have an action to increase the pay of the employees specially the tenured ones. Inflation never stop and the livelihood of their employees are already affected.

This approach is similar to how most companies across industries are managing their workforce since the pandemic. Ultimately, our culture is underpinned by colleagues actively working and collaborating together in an environment where they can do their best work and contribute to the mission of the organization.
