      Pros

      - Company has a lot of benefits especially they have a competitive performance bonus if you did a great job - as it is a mid size company and there's a need of collaboration between teams, you can easily connect with other employees

      Cons

      Before we left the company due to redundancy, they promise us that if we ever wanted to go back, they will prioritize our application. I have applied for 2 positions and the HR never call or reach out. I have been with the company for years, but they don't want to accomodate us anymore.
