At DTCC, we are committed to internal mobility and employee career development. In some instances, as any other organization, we may need to hire externally for specific skillsets. We’re proud that our April 2022 employee engagement scores remain high and above benchmarks, including in our IT department. Across DTCC, we scored well above benchmark in our diversity and inclusion index, which includes considerations for respectful treatment, fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
