      Pros

      Nothing much can really say, just average pro: PTO, 401k, averagepay. Pretty standard. Average employees are good

      Cons

      -Unorganized management -Passive aggressive attitudes from upper management -Upper managements don't care about employees and their well being -Managers have little knowledge of their processes -The longest employee on my team (Including managers) is 3 years if that says anything

      Excellent Pay, Good Benefits, 401K, Hybrid Remote, (supposed to have) Flexible Time, Lots of Great People work here

      Cons

      Company based in New York, Mandatory Weekend Work (will say it's Voluntary), No Documented Standards & Procedures, New policies made up on the fly, Very Little Testing, Lots of Late Night/Weekend Calls, Lack of Knowledgeable Senior Leadership, Very Woke Company, Unrealistic Job Expectancies, Will look for someone to blame instead of determining root cause of problems

      The people I worked with in the various businesses were great!

      The leadership in CFO was TOXIC! Every year there was a major reorganization -- the turnover in the department I worked in was over 50%
