Some great people at the mid-lower ranks and compensation was ok.
Cons
Legacy technology, gray hair leadership with old school mentality. 'Front office' people are treated as a higher class than those in support functions. Relatively small company with fewer opportunities for progression at the mid-senior levels. Those in the industry who know DTCC will ask 'isn't that where people go to retire?'.
