      Pros

      DTCC has multiple locations and plays an integral role in the industry so you will feel some importance with your job.

      Cons

      Senior leadership in Risk is disjointed from risk management concerns of staff. A lack of communication and tendency to only manage up rather than developing talent leads to an un-motivated staff - especially if its not in the 'wheelhouse' of the CRO's FICC subject matter expertise. Everything else is secondary and we are definitely bleeding.

      Cons

      Like many medium to large-sized organizations, DTCC faces challenges in streamlining the onboarding process to ensure new hires are brought up to speed efficiently. While the company provides a solid foundation for employees to integrate into their roles, there is room for improvement in areas such as structured training, clear documentation, and mentorship programs.
