      Not a good place for smart techie individuals - short don't waste your time or your IT career joining this company, management is unprofessional, clueless,, especially working for the VDI team please run run.

      There is a real focus on diversity within the company. There are opportunities to progress if you are a go getter.

      Cons

      The company likes to declare success on initiatives prematurely. There is a lot of style over substance where you build the minimum viable product and then release it and move on to something else. This leads to a lot of shoddy code and applications. If you aren't working on a high profile project, it takes a lot of effort to get anything accomplished.
