Cons
Dictatorship at the top levels leads to complete burnout by Associate Directors and lower. Do as I say, not as I do culture. No collaboration when choosing systems and programs which leads to, again, burnout by the people using the terrible systems purchased. Forced in-office days to spend your whole day on Zoom. Working Directors and EDs who have no time to be actual leaders. Discrimination in promotions and hiring within. Unless you meet a DNI goal, good luck to you!
