Pros

Very active ERG and ESG with many volunteer opportunities (many a month) to connect people in the community People development plans connect back to the larger DTCC purpose More leadership programs and development opportunities than I've ever seen anywhere

Cons

Accountability for individual contributors meeting performance and behavior expectations is inconsistently applied to managers and senior leaders Compensation is not as high as competing financial and tech institutions

Pretty Well Rounded Company

Lots of amenities and good benefits in office. Quality of WLB depends on your team but the culture is overall positive.

Cons

Lots of change in the organization that is causing some tension among more tenured employees.
