      Pros

      DTE Energy allows many students to gain experience through their co-op programs as well as their internships. I learned a lot from my time there and the company has great opportunity for growth.

      -Doesn’t lay off employees when times are tough. -Never bored -Decent pay IF you negotiate

      Cons

      -Inconsistent leadership -IT upper management is clueless on forecasting/planning/communication - Storm duty - ALL employees are forced to work storms - Lack of empathy - Uneven life / work balance - Unless you’re in good with leadership you will not move up
