      Excellent health coverage. 5k of Tuition reimbursement/year. "Energize Your Life" program gave small gift cards often. Unionized labor is nice.

      Cons

      Taking calls from the general public is absolutely brutal most days. They took away the ability to let a call ring for 5-10 seconds before answering. Storms can be rough and you're expected, but not required to work overtime for those.
