      Hard to achieve staff collaboration - tend to be petty and upright- lots of gossip. Long work hours-including Blackout/storm requirements Inconsistent enforcement - some employees don’t have to come in - work from home vs meeting in office 1-2 times per week Medical options fair- out of pocket max is significant for PPO
