The people are fabulous, I've worked with bright leaders and problem solvers my entire career. Problem is there are a lot of problems, I guess that's good for job security!

Cons

There is no clear path for talent planning, so if you're looking for mobility and career growth plan to stay stagnant for a while.

Good Benefits and pay. Company focused on safety.

Cons

Can be hard to move around depending on how visible your department is and who you know. When I was there my area did not allow any working from home. This has obviously changed since COVID but was a huge con for me at the time. Some of the technology in my department was not up to speed and caused extra manual work.
