      It's a good company but not if you are an African American looking to advance in your career.

      Cons

      The interest and efforts in DEI is not what the company claims. There is no development for minorities especially minority women.(African Americans to be specific). If you don't come in at a high level as a African American person your opportunity to advance is slim to none.
