      It's more stable than working in automotive.

      Cons

      They secretly block you from career growth opportunities. They will make it look legit by letting you do interviews, but they will secretly block you from any offers. The ones who move up in the company are connected with the right people and get fast tracked, everyone else not so much. Real shame they screw people over like this.

      You will never be good enough. Management is delusional. Can't hang up on anyone even if they cuss you out or tell you your stupid. If you do, you will get written warning
