They truly care about their employees Jerry Norcia is a phenomenal CEO; he seems to be a shrewd businessman, and an incredibly down to earth, good man
Cons
Review process - seems like a formality - your rating isn't necessarily reflective of your performance and since it's tied to raises it's political - just threaten start applying to other positions come review time to voice your dissatisfaction
