      Always in a reactionary mode to address emergent issues - makes "work/life" balance difficult. Overtime is expected in most positions. Opportunities are limited outside of the area one works in unless a pay cut is acceptable. Long time management team tends to remember events from years ago when promotion time comes around for for good or bad
