      Pros

      Best reason to work at DTE is the people! My Supervisors and my Manager had worked their way up the ranks. I was a salaried employee but worked closely with both hourly and salary employees

      Cons

      When I left they were changing the organization for projects and upgrades. During this time there was some confusion about roles and responsibilities
