      Pros

      I like to work with DTE Energy, they gave me a lot of opportunities with many challenging projects, there was always trust and that is why I was doing million dollar projects with them. There was always room to learn on Safety and environment aspects of operation, which is the top 2 core values and they enforced on us, which I liked it.

      Cons

      They are shutting down a plant and laying off people is really bad.
