      Pros

      Interesting technical work. Diversified work force. Downtown location.

      Cons

      Technical company with too few technical people and way too many MBAs with little to do. Promotions and raises are not merit based but depend on who you know and your relations to those people and not on what you know and how you do it. Very political atmosphere with cheer leaders but no real business leadership.

      Pros

      Great time there, build my work experience. They believed in me and let me grow as an engineering student.

      Cons

      Hard time balancing work/life with the work load, as a student. Was push to work more hours, which put college to the side. Be careful not to make that mistake. College comes first, put your foot down. More jobs will come.
