      -Great experience if you're new to the utility industry -Lot a responsibility is given right away -Good training programs

      Cons

      -No open door policy/hard to get in touch with seniors -Work atmosphere very strict and rigorous - almost cutthroat between fellow employees

      DTE fosters learning new skill sets. They provide a comfortable work environment. They maintain current hardware and software unique to my job requirements.

      Cons

      No good mass transport for commuters to Detroit as in other big cities.
