      Pros

      I was able to pick my schedule and work with some great individuals. I was given the freedom to choose from certain projects to work on and shadow other business organizations in the company.

      Cons

      Driving to Detroit was a con. I enjoy being in Detroit and exploring the city, but driving from 45 minutes away each morning was tiring.

      Pros

      Great time there, build my work experience. They believed in me and let me grow as an engineering student.

      Cons

      Hard time balancing work/life with the work load, as a student. Was push to work more hours, which put college to the side. Be careful not to make that mistake. College comes first, put your foot down. More jobs will come.
