      Pros

      The people are fabulous, I've worked with bright leaders and problem solvers my entire career. Problem is there are a lot of problems, I guess that's good for job security!

      Cons

      There is no clear path for talent planning, so if you're looking for mobility and career growth plan to stay stagnant for a while.

      Pros

      Very customer oriented. Constantly trying to improve our infrastructure to meet the demands and needs of the customers. Executives are always meeting to discuss customer issues that arise and come up with solutions to address and correct the issues and implement new processes in hopes of preventing them in the future.

      Cons

      The only downside, if I can even call it that, would be working very long hours during storms to assist in any way I can to provide support to our teams out in the field while they work to restore power to our customers. I don't feel like it is a con, just part of my job and I am willing to help in any way I can.
