      Management takes a great deal of pride in making sure it has an engaged workforce for both exempt and hourly employees.

      Cons

      The computer systems can be challenging, and it takes a long time for needed changes to be implemented.

      It is a stable place to work. There are always work to do and opportunities for overtime. The new leadership of IT is doing great things.

      Cons

      It has an old culture. A lot of people are invested in the status quo and they will do anything to keep it. Many people in IT does not like to share information because they are scared that you will take their job. There are a lot of people related. They tolerant people that do not do anywork.
