      Great culture. Supervisors were amazing and I loved the atmosphere around there. There is a lot of room for growth

      Pros

      DTE is big enough to have a lot of opportunity to rotate into new roles in different teams and businesses. I started in finance and have rotated through HR, strategy and marketing. If you work hard and take initiative, you'll get promoted. DTE is also small enough where you'll be able to stay in Michigan as long as you want. And the company provides an essential service to society, which is fulfilling.

      Cons

      It can be bureaucratic, and has it's fair share of employees who aren't very ambitious or driven to contribute.
