      pay is good som overtime but it's becoming les and less,

      supervision does not supervise, they have meetings about safety everyday multiple times a day. Leaders give work instructions, a bad leader effect's how your work experience is and it can get bad. management will choose a side and ride with it no matter the evidence against the side they choose. Management make decisions with zero input from workers that do the job and often makes the wrong decision, to make it here stroke the ego of top supervision, a lot of great idea bob, and i want to concur will get you far

      1. Abusive Customers 2. Some Lazy and Overpaid Supervisors - not all 3. Under appreciated and expected to neglect self and family to render the best “Customer Experience” 4. Underpaid 5. Expected to handle potentially life threatening calls placed by Police and Fire Depts. with minimal training 6. Doesn’t practice their Service Keys 7. Lack of respect for Customer Resolution Specialists 8. Care more about their investors than employees

      Steady paycheck OT for salary employees during storms Stability

      Cons

      High workloads and declining employee population. Executives are taken care of before employees including promotions and raises during hiring and raise freezes for everyone else. Questionable executive/senior leader appointment more recently. Back to office regularly after we were told we wouldn’t go back to the office regularly Constant cost cutting to create shareholder returns while employees are constantly expected to do more with less
