      Pros

      -Great experience if you're new to the utility industry -Lot a responsibility is given right away -Good training programs

      Cons

      -No open door policy/hard to get in touch with seniors -Work atmosphere very strict and rigorous - almost cutthroat between fellow employees

      The pay is great, some cool projects and some of the people are fun.

      Cons

      Our department was ruled by some old school engineers. There was NO innovation and a complete lack of respect for people. Almost every time someone walked away from a conversation, people would mock that person. I dreaded going to work everyday. The day I left was the best day of my life.
