      None really. Occasionally with hold annual raises but some companies don't have annual raises so it is what it is

      Pros

      They lead you to believe they care about you and your health etc. until they throw it in your face that they give any ounce of a care in the world about you.

      Cons

      Cared and valued external McKinsey consultants who had 1 year of experience versus an internal employee with nearly 8 years of experience. If you don’t have a soul and are fine with backstabbing, bring hypocritical and throwing others under the bus, this is the perfect company for you. The salary actually sucked for the years of experience I had. When you’re leaving them, they dehumanize you. The upside is you getting out while you did because this company is completely unprofessional, non-transparent and really doesn’t care about it’s employees at all.
