      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to engage in the diverse project and improve hard and soft skills. Pay is good for co-op and enjoyed the medical insurance, Management was helpful and superb DEI culture.

      No vision, dental or other insurance. Had to buy from market place

      Hard to think of any.

      Cons

      Administrative positions are underpaid. Work from home not allowed. Computer systems are horrible. They do not take employees opinions into consideration. They do not listen or care what employees have to say.
