It was ok first but this job will cause burn out

Causes burnout, everyone is always stepping on eggshells to not get reported on customer calls, they tell you there is not a script but will continue to listen to every call and critique from “GUIDELINE “ , Managers listen in to phone calls constantly, constant meeting discussing same protocols or updates with and if your not on the same team everyone tends to get a different answer of what is going, No one is on the same page, most reps will confuse the customers more than help, Most leaders will will not want to take a call and departments even if the customer has asked repeatedly for a supervisor. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL. Monthly meeting with jerry Norcia superscripted while all employees are asking the actual questions that don’t get answered
