      Huge push to force people back into the office without guaranteed safety, executive team that cares most about saving face to investors, so they cut costs through random layoffs

      Thank you for your feedback. The global pandemic has changed the way we all work, and DTN has adjusted to these changes. We have processes and policies in place to ensure we are following pandemic safety guidelines, and today, most of our employees continue to work remotely. As we develop our return-to-office plans, we want to balance valuable face-to-face collaboration in the office with our employees’ need for flexibility. When the return occurs, we will offer a hybrid model for most employees to address both company and individual needs. Thank you again for your input.

      Pros

      The work life balance is great. My co-workers are nice and professional. Being able to work remotely is a huge plus.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of company reorganization which can lead to confusion sometimes. To be fair they have been transparent about the whole process which is a pro. Human Resources is pushing for everyone to work in the office instead of working remotely (After Covid-19 has settled down).

The health and safety of our employees continues to be our key priority, and during the pandemic, our non-essential employees are directed to follow local guidance on remote work. As an organization, we value collaboration and innovation, which increases when we are together. Therefore, when it’s safe to do so, we will encourage employees to return to the office in a phased approach. At that time, flexible work arrangements will still be available to employees based upon the nature of their role, scope of responsibility, and other influencing factors.

      Pros

      DTN has a great work life balance. I was able to travel and work from the office as needed to produce sales. This type of flexibility and attention to personal customer detail can be rare in this industry.

      Cons

      Management choices were at times questionable. Input to mgmt and need for new products was some times ignored.
