Cons

No growth, company is coasting on prior success and is unable to continue to grow. Technical debt risks the company with aging software and hardware. Unwilling to fix what is not broken yet.

Cons

Lots of reorganizations, so teams end up with no product owner or manager. No real direction because it keeps changing. Hard to find people that are knowledgeable about the product because teams and managers keep changing
