Pros

Strong parent company with deep pockets and impressive portfolio. Willing to invest in innovation and acquisition. Moved to new facility in 2020 in more progressive Omaha area.

Cons

The farm sector is a vertical that has been in a state of despair the last few years. From devastation stemming from weather including both flooding and drought, to the covid impact hurled upon farmers and agricultural businesses, companies like DTN must ride out the storm and in the wake of doing so, must adjust their budgets with first cuts impacting marketing and sales people.

My dev team was super skilled and friendly, my manager was great as well.

Cons

Some of the tech is pretty old but they are working hard to fix that.
