Solid company, still in process of remaking itself into a true Tech company

Upper management transparent on process to restructure company. Remote work allowed. Strives to pay fairly and update salaries based on current trends. Good benefits.

Cons

Still mired in much technical debt and pushing through process to remake itself as a true Tech company. Struggling to retain some people and attract new employees.
